fixed bug that caused money to be lost when accidently clicking on upgrade buttons behind the lock on Cat dna and Dog dna. also fixed a rare bug where you couldn't buy something even though there was sufficient funds to do so.

I can still buy cat DNA behind the lock, it just doesn’t do anything currently.
